Melissa Dolak-Keller has extensive experience in both crisis intervention and business development. Currently serving as a Shift Support Specialist and Digital Services Advocate at the National Domestic Violence Hotline since June 2016, Melissa previously worked at The SAFE Alliance as a SAFELine Relief Crisis Intervention Provider and Relief Resident Advisor. In the architectural sector, Melissa held roles as Business Development Manager at Wade Architectural Systems and Umicore Building Products USA, Inc., where responsibilities included managing architectural accounts and strategically marketing products. Additional experience includes working as a Territory Manager and Sales Coordinator, alongside an educational background culminating in a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from Rutgers University.
