The Data and IT Team at the National Domestic Violence Hotline is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the technology infrastructure that supports 24/7/365 services via call, chat, and text. This includes managing the comprehensive database of over 5,000 agencies and resources, ensuring the confidentiality and security of data, and providing technical support to facilitate seamless communication. The team analyzes data to inform operational decisions and donor engagement, while also developing and maintaining the website and other digital platforms to enhance user experience and accessibility.
