Emma Biggs

Emma Biggs is an Early Childhood Director with 26 years of experience in the industry. Emma currently serves as an Advocate & Organizer at Childcare Changemakers-Community Change and the National Domestic Workers Alliance. Emma is also a Member at the Black Child Development Institute of Charlotte, Inc. and a Dorothy Bolden Fellow. Emma holds an Associate of Science degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Central Piedmont Community College.
