Lembara Saiyana

Lembara Saiyana is a Manager at the National Drought Management Authority in Kenya since April 2013. Prior to that, worked as a Community Managed Disaster Risk Reduction Manager at the International Institute of Rural Reconstruction and as an Early Warning Training Officer at the Arid Lands Resource Management Project II. Holds a Master's degree in Environmental Planning and Management from the University of Nairobi.
