James D.

James D. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public service, education, and project management. Currently serving as Chief of the Innovation Community and Partnership Division at the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) in the Philippines since October 2022, James D. manages key national events and oversees the division's operations. Previously, James D. lectured on social engagement at De La Salle University and held various roles at the Philippine Commission on Women, including Monitoring and Evaluation Officer. James D. also served as Executive Director at TAYO Awards Foundation, Programs Consultant at the Philippine Center of Young Leaders in Governance, and has a strong academic background, holding a Master's degree in Not-for-Profit and Social Enterprise Management from the University of Technology Sydney.
