William Hoffman

William Hoffman is an accomplished legal professional with a diverse background in contract management and legal counsel. Currently serving as Vice President of NEC Commercial Contract Management at National Electric Coil since December 2022, William has previously held roles as Commercial Counsel and Contracts Manager. William's experience also includes a law internship at the Central Ohio Transit Authority. Academic achievements include a Doctor of Law (JD) from Capital University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in English with a concentration in Writing, Rhetoric & Literacy, as well as a minor in Professional Writing from The Ohio State University. Additionally, William gained editorial experience as a Copyeditor Intern with The Ohio State Bar Association.
