Cary Andres

Cary Andres has extensive experience in technology strategy and management, currently serving as the Executive Director of Technology for the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) since September 2021, where responsibilities include developing technology strategy and IT operations. Prior to NECA, Cary held various roles at the National Association of Home Builders between 2007 and August 2021, culminating as AVP of Information and Technology Services, where strategic planning and systems implementation were key focuses. Earlier positions include Senior Director of Application Services, Project Manager at CGI, and Solution Architect at AMS, among others, with a foundational degree in Computer Engineering from Capitol Technology University.
