Chalee Vorakulpipat

Chalee Vorakulpipat has extensive work experience in the field of information security and technology. Chalee began their career in 1997 at NECTEC, where they served as the Head of Information Security Research Team and Principal Researcher. In 2018, they joined King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital as an Information Technology Advisor. Currently, they hold the position of Director of the Center for Research and Development at the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC), starting in 2023. Chalee Vorakulpipat is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).

Chalee Vorakulpipat holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Information Systems from The University of Salford, which was obtained from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, Chalee earned a Master's Degree in Information Technology from Kasetsart University between 1998 and 2000. Chalee's education journey began with a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering from King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, completed from 1993 to 1997. Additionally, Chalee has acquired several certifications, including Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) from ISACA, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)², ISMS Lead Auditor from International Register of Certificated Auditors, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
