Sarah Caughey

Sarah Caughey has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Sarah is currently the Director of Diversity and Inclusion at the National Elevator Industry Educational Program since August 2023. Prior to this, Sarah was the Branch Manager at Fujitec Elevators & Escalators starting May 2022.

From March 2019 to March 2022, they worked as an Area Manager at Mitsubishi Electric US, Inc. Before that, they had a successful tenure at Otis Elevator Co. where they held various roles such as Branch Sales Manager - Service and Modernization, Senior New Equipment Sales, Sr Account Manager, and Account Manager from December 2017 to February 2019, August 2015 to December 2017, January 2014 to July 2015, and June 2012 to January 2014 respectively.

Sarah also gained valuable experience in the finance sector. Sarah worked as an Associate at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney from September 2011 to April 2012. Additionally, they were a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual from May 2011 to February 2012, where they specialized in defensive and offensive financial planning strategies to help clients achieve financial security and wealth accumulation.

Sarah Caughey attended Bentley University - McCallum Graduate School of Business from 2014 to 2016, where they earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Finance and Financial Management Services. Prior to that, they attended Simmons College - Simmons School of Management from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in BA Economics and BA Finance. Sarah completed their high school education at Mansfield High School from 2004 to 2008.
