Dalton Leong

Dalton Leong is an experienced leader in the charity and non-profit sector, currently serving as a Mentor at the Association of Chairs and as Chair of the CMI South East Regional Board. With a significant background that includes roles as Chief Executive at The Children's Trust and The Shooting Star Children's Hospice, Dalton has demonstrated expertise in organizational governance and strategic development. As a founding Co-Chair of Board Racial Diversity UK, Dalton focuses on promoting equity and inclusion in organizations. Additional roles include Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Finance and Performance Subcommittee at Surrey Downs Health & Care Partnership, as well as Trustee and Chair of the Equity Advisory Panel at the National Emergencies Trust. With qualifications as a Chartered Manager and Companion of the Chartered Management Institute, Dalton actively supports charitable organizations through governance consulting and leadership mentoring.
