Melissa Nolan

Melissa Nolan is a seasoned professional specializing in grant management and civil society strengthening in Latin America and the Caribbean. Currently serving as Senior Grants Officer at the National Endowment for Democracy since January 2013, Melissa oversees a grant portfolio of over 60 grantees, ensuring adherence to NED policies and federal regulations. Previous roles include Program Officer and Assistant Program Officer at the same organization, as well as various internships focusing on peace-building, research, and advocacy in multiple settings. Melissa's academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Latin American Studies from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Dickinson College.
