Leo Cailleteau

Leo Cailleteau has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Leo started their career as an intern at Shell in 2000 and later interned at Arthur Andersen in 2001. Leo then joined Deloitte and worked in various roles including Audit Staff, Audit Senior, Audit Manager, Audit Senior Manager, and ultimately became an Audit Partner. During their time at Deloitte, they worked with a wide range of clients, including Fortune 500 companies and a National Football League franchise. In 2013, Leo joined the Houston Cpa Society and served as a Board of Directors member as well as an Audit Committee Member. Leo played a key role in overseeing financial decisions and audits. In 2015, they also became a member of the Accounting Department Advisory Board at Louisiana State University. Leo's most recent role is as the Director of Finance at NESR, a Nasdaq listed oil field services company. In this position, they are responsible for technical accounting, SEC filings, internal controls, compliance projects, and serving as a point of contact for auditors.

Leo Cailleteau holds a Master's degree in Accounting, which they obtained from Louisiana State University in 2002. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the same university in 2001. Additionally, Leo is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certified by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy in 2003.
