Andrew Downs

Andrew Downs is an accomplished Federal Project Manager at the National Energy Technology Laboratory since August 2022, with a robust background in project management and engineering. Prior to this role, Andrew spent over 13 years at Emerson Process Management, starting as a Co-op from January 2007 to August 2008, and advancing to the position of Project Engineer from January 2009 to August 2022. Andrew holds an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business (2011-2013) and a BS in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh (2004-2008).
