Chantal Sudbrack has a diverse work experience in research and engineering roles. Chantal began their career as a Materials Research Engineer at NASA Glenn Research Center in 2009 and then moved on to become a Senior Materials Development Engineer at QuesTek Innovations LLC in 2018. In 2019, they served as an Educational Consultant at Northwestern University Center for Atom-Probe Tomography. Currently, they hold the position of Senior General Research Engineer and Additive Manufacturing Lead at the National Energy Technology Laboratory since 2020. Chantal has also volunteered with The Minerals, Metals & Materials Society in 2006.
Chantal Sudbrack holds a BA in Chemistry from Reed College, followed by a BS in Materials Science from Columbia University. Chantal completed their education with a PhD in Materials Science from Northwestern University.
