Melissa Klembara currently serves as the Deputy Executive Director of the Technology Development Center at the National Energy Technology Laboratory since August 2025. Educational qualifications include a dual Master's degree in Business and Science with a focus on Renewable Energy from Heriot-Watt University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maryland.
