Victoria Collins-Hughes SHRM-SCP serves as the Vice President of Human Resources and Culture at the National Environmental Education Foundation (NEEF) since December 2022. Concurrently, Victoria is an Elite Member of The Black In HR (TM) and operates VCHughes Consulting LLC as an Organizational Consultant since December 2021. Previously, Victoria held significant roles at the National Youth Advocate Program (NYAP) from June 2014 to December 2022, including Chief People and Organizational Development Officer and Consultant, overseeing comprehensive human resources functions. Earlier career highlights include serving as Director of Human Resources at YWCA Southeast Wisconsin and Director at Maximus, along with being Workforce Development Manager at UMOS, Inc. Victoria holds an MSW in Social Work Administration and a BA in Sociology from the University of Michigan.
