Jessica Polak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in asset management and affordable housing. Currently serving as the Director of Asset Management for the East Region at National Equity Fund since April 2007, Jessica has developed expertise in overseeing and managing diverse asset portfolios. Prior to this role, Jessica worked as the Assistant to the Executive Director at Valley Affordable Housing Corp from September 2004 to April 2007. Jessica began her career as a photographer at Sears Portraits Studio from September 1997 to May 2003. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Rhode Island College, earned between 1997 and 2003.
