Caleb Glube serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the National Esports Collegiate Conference, which aims to establish a collegiate esports framework similar to the NCAA, with over 315 member schools across North America. Additionally, Caleb is the Owner and CEO of Glub1natoorr INC and has held key positions in various organizations, including Executive Director and Sponsor Acquisition Manager at Xternal Gaming, Esports Coordinator at the New England Collegiate Conference, and Affiliate at Twitch. As a former competitive esports player with Shattered Dreams Esports, Caleb gained valuable insights into the dynamics of a growing esports organization. Educationally, Caleb is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration from Columbia College and has previously studied Computer Information Systems at New England College and attended Upper Iowa University.
