Previous experience includes positions such as Director of Game Operations, Overwatch Game Manager, and Overwatch Talent Manager, showcasing expertise in managing esports operations and event execution. Caroline also worked as an Esports Producer and Observer at Great Lakes Gaming and has a background in customer service from a position at Starbucks. Caroline is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Esports Management at SUNY Canton, building on an Associate's degree in Psychology from Northern Essex Community College and a high school diploma from Central Catholic High School.
