Mike Gryczka

Mike Gryczka has an extensive work experience in the field of commercial banking. Mike started their career in 1997 as an AVP at Fleet Bank, where they worked until 2000. Mike then joined AMCORE Bank as a Vice President, serving until 2005. From 2005 to 2008, Mike worked at Town Bank of Elm Grove as a Senior Vice President. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Commercial Lending at National Exchange Bank & Trust, where they manage a diverse portfolio of middle market commercial clients and provides specialized financing options and banking solutions.

Mike Gryczka attended Marquette University from 1986 to 1990, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
