Ernest Kaehler possesses extensive experience in fitness management and personal training, currently serving as Associate Executive Director, Wellbeing Director, and Director of Healthy Living at YMCA of the North since January 2002. Key responsibilities include oversight of the Fitness and Aquatics department, achieving substantial personal training revenue goals, and establishing corporate wellness partnerships. Previously, Ernest held roles as Fitness Director, overseeing all aspects of the Fitness department and ensuring high-quality service. Additionally, Ernest has contributed to the National Exercise Trainers Association as a Personal Trainer Workshop Presenter since June 2014. Ernest's foundational experience began at Life Time, where skills in personal training were developed. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
