Adrianne Borgia has extensive experience in engineering and project management, currently serving as an EPA Region 9 Air Division Rule Reviewer at the National Older Worker Career Center, Inc. since October 2010, where responsibilities include reviewing air rules for compliance with federal and state guidelines. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager at Alliance Engineering Consultants, Inc., where Adrianne designed electrical systems for LEED buildings, and Electrical Project Manager at Silverman & Light, Inc., implementing project management procedures. An Electrical Design Supervisor role at PB Power involved establishing a tracking system for large power plants, while early career experience includes senior engineering positions with Bechtel National and lead drafting at TechniForce, Inc. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from San Francisco State University, along with a certificate in Landscape-Horticulture and Environmental Design from Merritt College.

Since its establishment in 1997 NEW Solutions has -- through thousands of workers ages 55+ -- provided over 23 million hours of dedicated, experienced labor to nine federal agencies.
