Lauren Schreter, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with a diverse background in HR management and generalist roles. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at National Experienced Workforce Solutions since January 2023, Lauren previously held multiple positions at Tlingit Haida Tribal Business Corporation, including HRIS Manager and Human Resources Manager. Earlier experience includes a role as Credentialing Specialist at Advanced Personnel Services Inc. and Administrative Assistant at Omni Financial - Tax Debt Resolution. Since its establishment in 1997 NEW Solutions has -- through thousands of workers ages 55+ -- provided over 23 million hours of dedicated, experienced labor to nine federal agencies.
