Erick Van Wagenen

Erick Van Wagenen is the current President & CEO at National Express Transit. Erick has held this position since July 2021.

Erick has a long history with the company WeDriveU, having served in various leadership positions over the years. Erick was first regional manager from August 2007 to March 2010. Erick was promoted to general manager in May 2006 and served in that role until August 2007. In November 2013, they were promoted again to Executive Vice President, and then in April 2017 they became the EVP and Chief Commercial Officer. Erick served in that role until April 2019 when they were promoted to President & Chief Operating Officer. Erick held that position until September 2022 when they were named CEO & President of National Express Shuttle (operated by WeDriveU).

Erick is responsible for leading National Express Shuttle and overseeing sales, marketing, customer success and strategic partnerships.

Erick Van Wagenen graduated from Cal State East Bay- College of Business & Economics with a Bachelors in Productions and Operations Management.
