Clinton Fairbanks has extensive experience in the facilities management industry, spanning over 18 years. Clinton has held various positions at reputable companies such as National Facilities Direct, SMS Assist, JLL, KPMG, UMS Advisory, ISS Facility Services, and Jones Lang LaSalle.

At National Facilities Direct, Clinton currently serves as the Head of IFM / Solutions & Sales Director. In this role, they are responsible for leading commercial services across diverse industries, focusing on innovative sales strategies and thought leadership. Clinton is also dedicated to optimizing sales development and enhancing efficiency in leadership.

Prior to that, Clinton worked as a Solution Sales Director at SMS Assist, L.L.C., where they spearheaded commercial services for financial and retail companies. Clinton also implemented innovative programs and presented educational sessions on effective change management when outsourcing facility services.

At JLL, Clinton held the position of Director Solutions Development and successfully led solution development for a leading global organization across multiple service lines. Clinton introduced strategic tools and teams to enhance business development and market competitiveness.

During their time at KPMG, Clinton served as a Manager and facilitated large-scale global outsourcing and transition initiatives for leading global companies. Clinton also led a dedicated industry research team and published White Papers focusing on global trends in Real Estate & Facilities Management.

Additionally, Clinton has held positions at UMS Advisory, ISS Facility Services, and Jones Lang LaSalle, where they played key roles in transition and transformation projects, international standardization initiatives, and corporate solutions in Japan.

Clinton Fairbanks received a BA in Japanese from the University of Utah between 1990 and 1996. In 2011 and 2012, they attended Westminster University and obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA degree.
