Nicole Prorock, CPA, is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in non-profit and housing sectors. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer for the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation since November 2024, Nicole previously held similar roles at the National Housing Trust and the Appalachian Trail Conservancy, where responsibilities included financial reporting, strategic planning, and compliance management. Over the years, Nicole has demonstrated expertise in managing substantial budgets, leading financial teams, and providing technical accounting advice in real estate development and federal grants. Nicole's educational background includes a Master of Accountancy from the University of South Carolina, a Graduate Certificate in Community and Economic Development from Penn State University, and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University.

National Fallen Firefighters Foundation (NFFF)
The United States Congress created the NFFF to lead a nationwide effort to remember America's fallen firefighters. Since 1992, the non-profit foundation has developed and expanded programs to honor fallen fire heroes and assist their families and coworkers.The NFFF also works closely with the fire service and life safety organizations to help prevent and reduce line-of-duty deaths and injuries.
