Anna Huffman

Anna Huffman, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Anna is currently working as the Human Resources Director at the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) since 2019. Prior to that, they held various roles at Precision Castparts from 2016 to 2019, including Senior Regional Human Resources Manager, Multi-Site Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Manager. Before joining Precision Castparts, Anna worked at Vinculums Services, Inc. from 2011 to 2016, where they served as a Human Resources Business Partner and a Human Resources Generalist. Throughout their career, Anna has displayed expertise in implementing and maintaining processes, policies, and procedures, managing internal recruiting, fostering communication between different departments, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and facilitating employee orientation.

Anna Huffman, SHRM-SCP, obtained their education from Brandman University - Chapman University System and California State University, Fresno. Anna earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with an emphasis in Organizational Leadership from Brandman University from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Business Administration with a focus on Finance from California State University, Fresno from 1999 to 2003.

In addition to their formal education, Anna Huffman has acquired additional certifications. In December 2015, they obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation from SHRM. Furthermore, in August 2014, they earned the Organizational Leadership Professional certification from Brandman University - Chapman University System.
