Dianne Luster

Dianne Luster has extensive experience in sales operations and customer service, currently serving as the Sales Operations Coordinator at the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) since April 2007. In this role, responsibilities include providing administrative support to management, overseeing sales tracking reports, and managing various sales-related programs. Previously, Dianne served as a Sales Training Coordinator, handling logistics for training classes, and as a Sales Support Admin, offering customer service to a large sales team. Dianne's career began at Nortel Networks, where management of a successful remanufacturing program highlighted logistical and customer service skills.
