Gemma Hatfield possesses extensive experience in recruitment and administrative roles, currently serving as a National Sales Recruiter and Internet Sourcing Specialist at the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) since January 2018. Prior to this position, Gemma held the role of Executive Assistant at The Martin Team | Keller Williams Emerald Coast from July 2017 to January 2018. Gemma also founded and operated High Impact Staffing from July 2003 to May 2017, overseeing financial and administrative functions as Owner, CFO, and Administrator.
