Chris Danielsen

Director Of Public Relations at National Federation of the Blind

Chris Danielsen has a diverse work experience, starting from 1995 as a law clerk for the South Carolina Senate Judiciary Committee. In 1997, they became an attorney and worked until 2003 in their own law firm called Christopher S. Danielsen, Attorney at Law. Chris then joined the National Federation of the Blind in 2003, serving as a Public Relations Specialist from August 2006 to January 2008. During this time, they also created and edited an online magazine called Voice of the Nation's Blind. In 2009, Chris became the Director of Public Relations for the National Federation of the Blind, responsible for all communications, including educational materials, press releases, and media interactions. Chris and their team also prepared the organization's annual report.

Chris Danielsen earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Furman University, completing their studies from 1989 to 1993. Chris then went on to attend the University of South Carolina School of Law, where they obtained a J.D. degree from 1993 to 1996.
