Christine White has a diverse work experience in the field of education and leadership. Christine started their career as an Agriculture Educator at Osceola High School in 2000 and continued this role at Lee Davis High School from 2001 to 2003. In 2003, they became an Agriculture Educator and CTE Department Chair at Hanover High School until 2006. Christine then joined the National FFA Organization in 2005, where they held various positions, including Team Leader of the Educational Program Operations Team from 2005 to 2011, Director of the Leadership, Education, Assessment & Development Division (LEAD) from 2011 to 2019, and Chief Program Officer from July 2019 onwards.

Christine White obtained their high school diploma from Woodstown High School in 1995. Christine then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Education with a focus on Agriculture from Delaware Valley University, which they completed between 1995 and 1999. In 2002, Christine pursued further education and earned a Master of Science degree in Educational Administration from Capella University, completing their studies in 2004. Between 2008 and 2011, they attended Northcentral University as a student, working towards an Ed.D degree in Curriculum and Teaching. Additionally, in September 2022, Christine obtained a certification in "Executive Presence and Influence: Persuasive Leadership Development" from Emeritus.
