Jim Burns is a Financial Representative at National Financial Network, affiliated with The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America®, since January 2021. Prior to this role, Jim served as an Agent for New York Life Insurance Company from September 2017 to January 2021. Earlier experience includes serving as Design Center Coordinator and Sales at Arverne By The Sea, where Jim managed the customer pipeline for over 400 new construction homes from 2008 to 2017. Additionally, Jim worked as a Senior Vice President and Team Leader at The Mortgage Zone from 2002 to 2008, successfully leading a team of loan officers. Earlier in Jim's career, consulting work was performed at Exis Consulting from 1998 to 2002, and Jim held the position of Vice President at ING from 1987 to 1998, where the Margin Finance/Repo Support Department was created and managed. Jim's education includes attendance at Maria Regina DHS from 1974 to 1978.
