Director of Marketing at National Flavors

Lisa Jackson has a long history of working in the marketing and communications field. Lisa began their career in 1987 as a Senior Research Manager at Maritz, where they supervised a three-person staff and prepared and presented proposals and results to clients. In 1990, they joined Ralcorp Food Group as Director of Shopper and Consumer Insights, where they developed insights for 22 Center Store categories. In 2013, they became Director of Consumer Insights Private Brands at ConAgra Foods, providing insights for 25 categories and supporting sales teams with fact-based content. In 2015, they joined Greencore as a Sr. Business Analyst, pioneering insights and analytical capabilities for the company's U.S. division. From 2017 to 2018, they worked for various companies as a Marketing and Communications professional, developing strategies and content for clients across multiple industries. In 2018, they joined Capriol as Marketing and Communications, defining and executing marketing and communication activities. Finally, in 2020 they became Director of Marketing at FlavorSum, bringing solutions to customers that reflect consumer interests and needs. Additionally, Lisa Jackson has also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Northwood University since 2010, facilitating Consumer Behavior and Marketing Research classes in both classroom and virtual settings.

Lisa Jackson holds a Masters in Marketing Research (MMR) from The University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Western Michigan University. Her fields of study include Marketing, Business Communications, and Economics.
