Sandra Wilson

Sandra Wilson has over 20 years of experience in the flavour creation industry. Sandra started their career in 1997 as a Flavour Creation Specialist at Givaudan. In 2000, they moved to Flachsmann Canada, where they held the same role. In 2003, they joined Bonnie & Don Flavours Inc as Technical Services Manager, a position they held until 2021 when they transitioned to Technical Services Manager at FlavorSum, a new company created from the merger of National Flavors, LLC, Bonnie & Don Flavours, ULC, and GSB Flavor Creators.

Sandra Wilson attended Trent University from 1986 to 1991, where they earned a B.Sc. in Biology. In April 2009, they obtained a Certified Flavorist certification from the Society of Flavor Chemists Inc.
