John Softich

John Softich has a strong background in software engineering and IT management. John worked for National Flood Services from 2011 to present, starting as the Software Engineering Manager and then promoted to the Director of Software Engineering. In these roles, they led development teams, managed projects, and implemented new technologies. Before that, John worked for Merlin Information Services from 2003 to 2011, where they held various positions such as Director of IT and Software Engineering Manager. John oversaw IT operations, led software development projects, and implemented innovative solutions. Prior to that, John worked for Frontline Processing as an IT Administrator and Senior Web Developer, where they played a key role in integrating systems and automating processes. Overall, John has extensive experience in software engineering, project management, and IT operations.

John Softich earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Montana State University-Bozeman between the years 1994 and 2000. In 2017, they attended Harvard Business School for executive education and completed the Advanced Management Program in Organization Leadership. John also holds the certification of Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) obtained from Scrum Alliance in October 2012.
