Mike Lietke

Mike Lietke is an experienced professional in member engagement, market share statistics, and financial analysis, currently serving as the Director of Member Engagement & Relations at the National Fluid Power Association since January 2025. Prior to this role, Lietke was the Sr. Director of Market Share Statistics at the Association of Equipment Manufacturers, overseeing market share data governance for 175 member companies. Previous positions include managing field training and dealer development at Briggs & Stratton, and serving as District Manager at Harley-Davidson, where significant sales results were achieved. Lietke has also held various roles in financial analysis and executive recruitment, founding Magis Associates Inc., an executive search firm, and possesses a strong educational background in International Business, Finance, and German from Marquette University and the University of Konstanz.
