FOP Fraternal Order of Police Capitol Lodge NH Vice President at National Fraternal Order of Police

Sean Kilbreth has a diverse work experience in law enforcement and community engagement. Sean started their career as a Patrolman, Field Training Officer, and Detective at the Bedford Police Department in 1995. Sean then became an Undercover Drug Agent for the New Hampshire Attorney General's Drug Task Force from 2005 to 2015. Kilbreth also worked as a Drug Enforcement Task Force Agent and Detective for the Drug Enforcement Administration from 2006 to 2016, where they were involved in dismantling clandestine laboratories and combating drug trafficking organizations.

In 2012, Kilbreth became a member of the Southern New Hampshire Critical Incident Stress Management Team, providing counseling and support to police officers and their families after critical incidents. Sean also served as a Peer to Peer counselor in this role.

From 2016 to 2022, Kilbreth worked as a Deputy Sheriff for the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office, performing various responsibilities such as conducting background investigations, internal affairs investigations, warrant service, evictions, and enforcing statewide jurisdiction. During this time, they also served as an Adjunct Instructor for LPR Elite Securities Group, Inc., utilizing their law enforcement experience to provide training.

In 2022, Kilbreth joined Forge Health as a Community Engagement Coordinator, where they focused on improving the mental health and well-being of active-duty service members, veterans, first responders, and their families.

Recently, Kilbreth served as the Critical Incident Stress Management and Wellness Coordinator for the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office, a position they held from 2021 to 2022.

In 2023, Kilbreth became the FOP Fraternal Order of Police Capitol Lodge NH Vice President for the National Fraternal Order of Police.

Sean Kilbreth attended Merrimack High School from 1986 to 1989. Following their high school education, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Sociology from the University of New Hampshire from 1990 to 1995.
