Meghan Corcoran

Meghan Corcoran is currently the Assistant Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary, and Corporate Responsibility Officer at National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation since April 2023. Meghan has held a position as In House Counsel at National Fuel Gas Company since February 2013, focusing on data privacy, corporate governance, securities disclosures, ESG and sustainability, enterprise risk management, employee benefits, operational and regulatory compliance, and contracts. Prior legal experience includes various law clerk positions at Steiner and Blotnik, ECBA Volunteer Lawyers Project, National Labor Relations Board, and the United States Attorney's Office for the Western District of New York. Meghan obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) with a concentration in Labor and Employment Law from the University at Buffalo School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Labor and Industrial Relations with a focus on Applied Management Analysis from Le Moyne College.
