Lisa Cowles

Lisa Cowles has over 20 years of work experience. Lisa began their career in 1997 as a Distribution Services Manager at ACC Consumer Finance. In 2000, they joined HSBC as a Distribution Services Manager. In 2005, they became an Account Manager at HAI - Styling Tools, where they were responsible for managing sales and relationships with Beauty Supply Owners, Distributors and Stylists. In 2014, they joined Renovate America as an Inside Sales Manager, where they recruited, hired and trained new employees, improved monitoring systems and motivational strategies, and led staff meetings. In 2019, they took on two roles simultaneously; Inside Sales Senior Loan Specialist at National Funding, and Business Development Director at Cegid.

Lisa Cowles attended San Diego Miramar College from 1990 to 1992, where they earned an Associate's degree.
