Marivell Maula has over 20 years of experience in software engineering. In 2021, they began working as a Senior Software Engineer for National Funding. From 2015 to 2021, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer and Technical Lead for ClosingCorp. In this role, they prototyped, designed, and implemented organization-wide libraries, architecture, and strategies to modernize and enhance existing monolithic applications and microservices using cloud technologies. In this role, they developed enhancements to the N-Tier, web-based, SOA application G-TSCMIS (Global Theater Security Management Information Systems). In this role, they provided technical direction on building SOA based enterprise software components in both .NET and JAVA. From 2011 to 2011, they were a Senior Software Engineer for TransCore. In this role, they created the software to support the collection, operation, accounting and auditing of tolls collected on the Seven Toll Bridges in the San Francisco Bay Area. From 2010 to 2011, they were a Software Engineer for SkinIt Inc. From 2005 to 2010, they were a Software Engineer and Design Lead for Tapestry Solutions. In this role, they designed and developed web services where all data access was done through .NET. From 2001 to 2005, they were a Software Engineer and Automation Tool Developer for Cardinal Health. From 2000 to 2001, they were a Software Engineering Intern for Impact Solutions. In this role, they created GUI interfaces and programs in Delphi utilizing relational databases including Paradox, Interbase and SQL to add functionality.

Marivell Maula attended the University of San Diego from 1998 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science.
