Cliffe Allen

Cliffe Allen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the finance and regulatory sectors. Currently, as Managing Director at the National Futures Association since 2014, Cliffe oversees the swap dealer regulatory examination program, ensuring compliance with Title VII of the Dodd-Frank Act, CFTC Regulations, and NFA Rules. Previously, Cliffe served as Vice President at Morgan Stanley from 1998 to 2014, managing teams in Wealth Management Operations and Institutional Listed Derivatives Operations, with responsibilities spanning client onboarding, trade processing, and project management. Cliffe began the career as Senior Auditor at the National Futures Association from 1995 to 1998 and holds a BBA in Accounting from Baruch College, earned between 1989 and 1994.
