Thomas Hart

Thomas Hart, CFE, has extensive experience in compliance management, currently serving as a Compliance Manager at the National Futures Association since January 2016. In this role, Thomas supports regulatory programs by overseeing examinations, financial analyses, investigations, and surveillance to monitor member activities. Prior positions at NFA include Compliance Supervisor, Compliance Examiner II, and Compliance Examiner I, each involving direct interaction with member firms to ensure adherence to NFA rules. Thomas also has a background in basketball coaching, having held roles such as Assistant Boys Basketball Coach and Head Freshman Boys Basketball Coach at IC Catholic Prep from June 2011 to May 2018. Earlier in their career, Thomas worked as a Logistics Coordinator and Purchasing Agent at The Cary Company from June 2011 to August 2015. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
