Bryan was appointed Chief Operating Officer in December 2018 with responsibility for business strategy and leading the Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Estates and Operations functions.
Bryan has over 25 years of senior operational and business transformation experience across a wide range of sectors, from construction, facilities management, manufacturing operations, telecoms, financial services, insurance and property asset management.
Following the successful project management of the manufacturing facility at Easter Inch, Bryan worked across Europe for Motorola as Facilities Manager then Head of their Programme Office. In 2003 Bryan joined RBS to lead a number of transformation programmes before being appointed Director of Business Transformation for Direct Line Group. More recently Bryan worked as the Chief Operating Officer in an entrepreneurial start up and high growth Property Investment Management business.
Bryan is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with a BSc from the University of Abertay Dundee. In 1999 he also concluded his MBA with the University of Edinburgh.
Bryan is experienced in Leadership Development, Strategy Design, Innovation and Continuous Improvement together with being a published sports photographer.
