Reneltta Arluk is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the arts and culture sector. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Policy, Protocols and Strategic Planning at the National Gallery of Canada since July 2023, Arluk has also been the Artistic Director of Akpik Theatre, which focuses on presenting and developing Indigenous scripts, since 2007. In addition, Arluk is an author with Bookland Press and an actor represented by Lucas Talent Inc. From November 2017 to September 2022, Arluk was the Director of Indigenous Arts at the Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity, where a significant focus was placed on supporting Canadian Indigenous artists. Arluk holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting from the University of Alberta.
