Soulymane (Sully) A. has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in quantity surveying and community engagement. Currently serving as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor at National Gas since January 2024, Soulymane previously held similar positions at Bellway Homes from September 2021 to December 2023. As the Founder of Waves of Positivity since July 2018, Soulymane has established a platform for positive community initiatives. Soulymane also contributes to MLP as a Workshop Facilitator, enhancing leadership skills among young adults. Additionally, Soulymane is involved with Muslims In Construction as a Regional Lead and has volunteered with Islamic Relief UK, coordinating volunteer challenges. Soulymane’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management & Property Development from the University of Derby and a Higher National Certificate in Construction & The Built Environment from Leicester College.
