Loren Baker

Loren Baker is a highly skilled Senior System Engineer with extensive experience in software asset management and systems engineering within the government and defense sectors. Currently leading the Software Asset Management Inventory Team at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency since September 2020, Loren is responsible for COTS software license acquisition, delivery, and inventory management. Previous roles at Leidos, Perspecta, NJVC-LLC, and BAE Systems involved managing end-user communications, leading technology research for the NGA, and providing comprehensive IT support and configuration management across mission-critical systems. Loren's career began in the United States Army as a Senior Imagery Analyst, and academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University and an Associate in Arts in Political Science from Southwestern Illinois College.
