Phil Green

Phil Green has extensive experience in budget analysis, logistics management, and military operations. Currently serving as a Budget Analyst and Congressional Liaison at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency since January 2020, Phil previously dedicated 30 years to the US Navy, culminating in a role as Director for the Afghanistan Pakistan Hands Joint Program, enhancing military cultural understanding. Prior experience includes logistics management positions at Sierra Concrete Design Inc. and Elecore Architectural Accents, where Phil improved customer service through strategic process enhancements. A strong foundation in facility management and operations was established during tenure at FedEx Ground, overseeing large teams and multiple terminal facilities. Phil holds a Bachelor's degree in Physical Oceanography from the University of Washington.
