Wayne Nelson

Wayne Nelson is an experienced professional in communications and digital media, currently serving at the National Glass Association since August 2013. Prior to this role, Wayne held the position of Director, Industry & Consumer Affairs, International Member Services at the American Society of Travel Advisors from February 1996 to April 2013, where responsibilities included consulting on industry trends and generating significant dues revenue through process improvements. Earlier, Wayne was the Director of Client Services at World Travel Partners (now BCD Travel), overseeing corporate travel accounts and customer retention strategies. Wayne holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from JMU College of Business and a Teaching Certificate in Secondary Education from Aquinas College - Grand Rapids.
