Amy Hardman

Amy Hardman currently serves as the Head of Change and Transformation for Asset Operations at National Grid, a position held since November 2012. In this role, Amy is responsible for developing and managing transformation plans to facilitate the energy transition while focusing on setting strategic narratives for the future of energy. Previously, Amy held several roles within Asset Operations, including Digital Product Line Director, where efforts were directed towards defining and delivering digital transformation initiatives across asset lifecycle management, and Digital Roadmap Product Owner for Electricity Transmission, focusing on creating a digital roadmap to address operational challenges and support Net Zero goals. Amy's earlier experience includes positions as Business Intelligence Manager and Business Improvement Manager, as well as engineering roles at the Environment Agency. Academic qualifications include a BSc in Geography with Earth Sciences from Aberystwyth University and a Level 4 certificate in Photography from Coventry College.
