Béatrice Lightfoot

Béatrice Lightfoot is an experienced program and project leader with a strong background in finance, business services, customer experience, and digital transformation. Currently serving as Program Lead for Divestiture in Finance & Business Services at National Grid since April 2019, Béatrice is responsible for the transformation initiatives surrounding the Gas Transmission business. Previously, as Director at the Education and Skills Funding Agency, Béatrice led significant organizational change, digital and data initiatives, and played a crucial role in GDPR compliance. With earlier roles in SAP service delivery and operational management at Logica and consulting experience in finance from Team 121, Béatrice possesses extensive expertise in technology, process improvement, and customer service across various sectors. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in European Informatics from Sheffield Hallam University and advanced degrees from Université de Bordeaux.
